Alain Robert is a French rock and urban climber from Digoin, Saône-et-Loire, France. He is famously known as 'the French Spider-Man' due to his solo ascents of skyscrapers without safety equipment. Robert has climbed landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Eiffel Tower, and the Sydney Opera House. His daring feats have brought him both international fame and legal troubles, as most of his climbs are done without permission.
