Denise Crosby is an American actress and model, best known for portraying Tasha Yar in the first season of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She is the granddaughter of the legendary entertainer Bing Crosby. After her initial departure from Star Trek, she made several guest appearances in subsequent seasons as other characters. Crosby has also appeared in numerous films and television series, including roles in Pet Sematary, Ray Donovan, and The Walking Dead.
